Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy:

The type of information collected about users, including data or sensitive personal information, the purpose of visiting the website, methods and ways of using this information, and how and to whom this information and other information allowed by law will be disclosed.

It is expected that the user will read and understand the privacy policy to ensure awareness of it. For example:

Understanding the reality of some of the information collected from the recipient, who the information is collected about, and the purpose of collecting it.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of users of the “DOCTORS” platform, and the privacy policy we follow is developed to help you understand how we collect, use, and protect the information provided to us. When accessing the “DOCTORS” platform for telemedicine services, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about the web browser you use, your IP address, your time zone, and some cookies installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the website, we collect information about individual web pages or doctors you view, the websites or search terms that referred you to the “DOCTORS” platform, and information about how you interact with us.

We also collect information from you when registering on the “DOCTORS” platform, booking an appointment with a doctor, or subscribing to our newsletter. When booking or registering on our website, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth (some personal information).

Payments are collected from your credit card or direct debit card. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financial data, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Nature of information collection, protection, and retention methods.

We use some of the information we collect to help us detect potential risks and fraud (especially your IP address), and overall to improve communication with our electronic platform and make it at the forefront of remote medical service platforms (for example, by creating analytics on how our clients browse the website or interact with the application, as well as to evaluate the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

The personal information we generally collect is used to fulfill any bookings made through our platform, communicate with the user, detect potential risks or fraud, and provide you with information or advertisements related to our products or services when the information aligns with the preferences you have shared with us.

We strive to protect your information by applying international protection standards and taking a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you make a booking, enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We constantly check our application and website for security flaws and vulnerabilities to make sure your visit is as secure as possible. A web application firewall, which filters and monitors traffic between the web application and the internet, is how we defend our website. It finds and blocks common vulnerabilities in application layers at the network edge.

We offer the convenience of utilizing a secure server, and all sensitive or credit information is transferred using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. It is subsequently encrypted and only accessible by those who have been granted special access rights to our Payment Gateway Providers database, who are also obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the information.

Our data is kept with an outside vendor who has undergone audits and certifications acknowledged by the industry. This guarantees that all of our data is password-protected and that access to it requires multi-factor authentication. Only those with certain roles are able to examine the collected data, therefore not every member of the “DOCTORS” team may access any of it. In order to preserve anonymity and provide an extra degree of protection in the event of a data breach, we encrypt and deliver your data under an alias while it is being held on our systems.

As long as the corresponding data is no longer required for the provision of our services, it is routinely erased when the applicable legal retention periods have elapsed. These legal retention periods are the factors used to determine the retention time of personal data.

Your personal data is processed and stored by us for the time necessary to fulfill the storage purpose alone. Thus, in the event that we have your email address because we are providing you with specific services, we effectively keep it for the period of time that we are providing you with these services. You have access to the data we collect from you and can request its deletion at any time by going to your account settings. We retain your data until your account is canceled.

Users have different rights in relation to this information.

We never trade, sell, or otherwise transfer specific personal data to unaffiliated third parties. As long as these parties agree to keep this information confidential, this excludes dependable third parties who help us run our website, manage our business, or provide you with services. Additionally, we might reveal your information for marketing, advertising, other purposes, or when we think it’s required by law, to uphold our site policies, or to defend the rights, property, or safety of us or others.

We promise not to keep track of your payment information or share, sell, or provide any personally identifiable information to outside parties.
